1998          Worked toward the establishment of a technical research library at HCC Stafford Campus, Fort Bend County. Working with Stafford campus librarian,

developed criteria for a feasibility (needs assessment) study for the new facility and wrote RFB.

Wrote grant to provide childcare and homework assistance to the children of students who attended HCCS full-time, awarded $25,944.

Researched funding opportunities for other projects initiated by faculty.
